In November 2001, AMG opened O2 Academy Bristol which quickly established itself as an essential part of the local nightlife, bringing its unique blend of quality live music and top UK club nights to the West Country. 

A key date on the UK's touring circuit O2 Academy Bristol has seen a host of internationally acclaimed artists take the stage in its exciting history and is the place to experience live music in Bristol. 

O2 Academy Bristol is also home to a wide variety of dance events include Ramshackle every Friday and specialist leftfield and breakbeat events, as well as hard dance nights, drum and bass and house classics. 

In June 2006, AMG added a second venue, O2 Academy 2 Bristol; a 350 capacity production-complete, stand-alone gig that also acts as an additional room for club nights.
